  • What kind of shirts do you print on?

We print on unisex UK standard size (100% cotton) t-shirts. The t-shirts we print on are 100% non-hazardous and totally organic and the inks used for printing are 100% vegan and cruelty free. They contain no animal by-products and are certified as safe for children and babies.

  • What size shirt should I order?

Please refer to the sizing chart and any additional sizing details provided on the relevant product page in our online shop. Alternatively, you can contact us via email for additional sizing advice.

  • What size are the girls wearing in your photos to get a T-Shirt dress style?

  • What is PINK UZI all about?

We started in late 2017 and haven't stopped smashing it since. A U.K. based brand that ships globally, that doesn't sleep, we're 24/7 and always bringing something new with 100's new products dropping monthly, bringing you uniquely designed, fashion-forward and one-off collector's 100% vegan pieces.

  • What makes PINK UZI unique?

(Apart from our unique illustrations and custom designs that you'll only find at PINK UZI) We work with a carbon-neutral manufacturer, we reduce, recycle or reuse all we can, and offset those emissions we can't. Our print process is 100% non-toxic and produces no harmful waste. All of our T-Shirts are 100% Vegan and cruelty-free! We care about the planet, our customers and the quality of our products. We occasionally create exclusive pieces to represent a cause and charity and donate 15% of all sales of the design to causes we are so-so passionate about, like Black Lives Matter.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit / credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Apple Pay.

  • How secure is this store?

All payments are processed via Shopify's payment platform, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. Shopify uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Shopify securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.

  • Can I cancel my order?

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund. This is only possible if your order is still processing, within the first 24 hours of purchase and has not been dispatched. As we aim to ship orders as promptly as possible to our babes you must act quickly if for some reason you change your mind and decide you want to cancel your order. All order cancellations must be sent to us via e-mail quoting your name, order number and full address. We can then cancel your order and refund you. If however your order has been dispatched then this is not possible.

  • Where is my order confirmation?

As soon as you place an order with PINK UZI you will automatically receive a confirmation email regarding our recognition of your order and that we've received your payment. If you do not receive an email you should first of all check your junk-mail folder and add shoppinkuzi@outlook.com to your email contacts to make sure you always receive our emails and alerts. If you still cannot find it, you've probably misspelled your email when placing your order. You can simply contact us via email or the contact form quoting your name and we'll promptly update your information and resend the confirmation receipt for you.

  • I've not heard anything since I placed my order, what's going on, where's my order?

You will firstly receive your initial confirmation email which is a notification that your order is being processed and awaiting preparation for fulfilment and dispatch. As it states on our delivery and shipping information page, it can take up to 1-7 days for fulfilment of orders. You will not be contacted by us until your order has been fulfilled, packaged and dispatched. You'll get an update to let you know your order's on it's way. Tracking details are not guaranteed and are only provided if discussed and agreed before placing an order, or your order's value was above £100. We do tend to provide tracking information for most parcels shipped from the U.K. to the U.S., though. Please only place an order with PINK UZI if you have read, accept and understand all of our shipping and delivery times and policies, to ensure you'll have a enjoyable and satisfactory shopping experience with us and our customer service! ♡

  • Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. We offer discounts as high as 60% for bulk/wholesale orders. If you would like to make a bulk order or stock us in your botique, please enquire and reference 'bulk' in your message.

  • What is your exchange / return policy?

We do not currently offer exchanges or refunds as mentioned on every product page description as we are a small business and print each garment as you order! Please see the size chart carefully or contact us for information on sizing to prevent any disappointments. Please make sure you understand this before ordering, to avoid dissapointments afterwards. Please also make sure you read the shipping times and understand them before you order! Thanks

(3) SHIPPING

  • How long will delivery of my order take?

Please allow 1-7 working days for orders to be handled, printed and dispatched, then an additional 1-10 working days for your order to be delivered via Royal Mail (U.K.) and 1-20 days internationally. During bank holiday periods this estimated delivery frame will be extended to 1-10 days.

  • How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are a flat rate of 3.00 in the UK and 10.00 worldwide. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total”.

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, just send us a message.

  • Do you offer next day delivery?

We do not currently offer a faster / next day delivery shipping method due to orders being printed on demand, so if you are purchasing in hopes to receive it in time for an event, please contact us before placing your order to avoid disappointments.

(4) MORE QUESTIONS

  • How do I care for my item(s)?

T-Shirts should be washed INSIDE OUT and below 40. In these cases, they should last a lifetime. (Mine have, even after every day, constant, wash, wear and tear)

  • I've received the wrong item(s), what do I do?

PINK UZI aims to get your order right every time, however, occasionally we make mistakes. If the item you received is not what you originally ordered then please e-mail us giving us your name, order number and a picture of the item(s) you have received. We will not ask you to return the item(s), as this would be a mistake on our behalf. We will then either send out the correct item(s) or issue a full refund, as well as letting you keep (or sell, or donate to somebody special, whatever) the original incorrect order, whichever you prefer.

  • Do you have an Instagram?
